Pizza - It's Simply An American Favorite

Few American foods are loved more the infamous "pizza pie". It does not matterif you're young, old or somewhere between, almost everyone has a popular whenit comes to pizza. It's truly rare to locate someone that hasn't tried a slice of pizza.

It does not matter where you're from, that which you look like or how much cash you make.If you have a few extra bucks along with a hearty appetite, eventually the perfectcombination of cheese, sauce, crust and toppings are likely to find their distance to your mouth.

Americans eat approximately 100 acres of pizza each day. (Yes...that's ACRES) This is a hefty350 slices per second! This provides real meaning towards the term "pizza lover". Are you aware thatthere are approximately 69,000 pizzerias in the usa? Approximately 3 BILLIONpizzas can be purchased in the U.S. every year. (Source: Blumenfeld and Associates)

You would have guessed it - the largest day of the entire year for pizza within the UnitedStates is the one and only Super Bowl Sunday! Nothing can compare to watching the large gamewith a few friends as you wait anxiously for the favorite pizza to become served.

Pizza is really a personal subject for most of us. Everyone knows just how theywant their pizza made. They are able to tell you precisely what type of crust that like, what size theyprefer, just how much sauce is "enough" sauce, and what toppings would be the absolute best. There is no doubt about this, when asked, people discuss their favorite pizza while sharing a large smile.

Pizza lovers constantly explore new cheeses and new pizza ingredients. Unique toppingsand fancy crust are just a few of their delights. Pizza "crust" alone has evolved through theyears giving pizza lovers much more choices for a common pies. Stuffed crust, cheesycrust, wheat grains crust ... take your pick.

Pizza is loved a lot that it features its own month. October is officially pizza month. Allow me tohelp put this into perspective for you personally... "Presidents" have "days"... pizza has it's own "Month".Oh the way you love our dear pizza pies.

The considered watching a pizza maker throw pizza dough to the air because it is being perfectly shapedbrings a grin and wide eyes to many kids' faces. The only real smile that's bigger may be the smile after thefirst slice continues to be quickly consumed. Based on a recent Gallup Poll, 82 percent of kids ages3 and 11 prefer pizza over chicken nuggets, hotdogs, macaroni & cheese, and hamburgers.

Pizza is here now to stay. Although people still pursue diet programs andtry to engage in healthy way of eating, pizza appears to be one of those foods that people just musthave every once in awhile. We don't mind diets and that we surely wish to become more educated about healthyeating practices but anything you do...
